School might be out for summer, but learning never stops at the Talcott Mountain Science Center! During Summer of STEM Adventures, students embark on week-long journeys in the topic(s) of their choosing so they can stay engaged and active all summer long.
In Reach for the Stars! | Gr. 6-8:
Explore the wonders of the solar system and beyond! Journey through the cosmos in our planetarium, see the sun like never before, and fit the moon in your pocket. From crafting constellations to lunar landings, anything is possible when you reach for the stars! *Includes a voucher for a night-time observing event using our telescopes.
Classes run from 9:00 am – 4:00pm daily. Small class sizes on our mountaintop campus ensure hands-on instruction and individual attention.
