There’s plenty of cool chemistry you can do with everyday materials from home – and we’ll show you how! You’ll experiment with acids and bases, make chemical reactions, and create colorful works of art – all with things right off the kitchen shelf!

School might be out for summer, but learning never stops at the Talcott Mountain Science Center! Classes run from 9:00 am – 4:00pm daily. Small class sizes on our mountaintop campus ensure hands-on instruction and individual attention.
