3D Printing for Homeschoolers | Ages 10-13

October 3 @ 9:30 am1:30 pm

$480

From prototype to print, design real solutions for real-world problems! In this hands-on course, students will explore the world of 3D printing and CAD (computer-aided design) by creating original models they can bring to life with our Prusa printers. Beyond just printing fun objects, students will be challenged to identify real-world problems and design practical solutions. They’ll learn essential design principles, how to prepare (“slice”) their models for printing, and how 3D printers translate code into physical form. Along the way, they’ll gain valuable skills in creative thinking, troubleshooting, and iteration, just like real engineers and designers.

Class runs from 9:30am – 1:30pm, Fridays, October 3 – November 7.
