At Talcott Mountain Academy (TMA), students are encouraged to explore their interests and learn from one another.
Recently, 8th grader Dean Raptis stepped into the role of guest lecturer during a Pre-Algebra class, leading a lesson for his peers with confidence and enthusiasm. The lesson was both engaging and academically rigorous, and students loved the experience.
Moments like these reflect how Talcott’s small class sizes create space for students to share their talents, build confidence, and take an active role in the learning process.
