The Science of Magic | Ages 9-12
April 19 @ 9:30 am – 1:30 pm
$300
What makes a great magic trick, illusion or sleight of hand? How do we fool people with these?
Are scientists immune to such trickery? Is that great thing you saw in a movie real or just a “trick” of science, technology or math?
In this engaging, hands-on, class ideal for homeschoolers, students ages 9-12 will embark on a 6-week journey with Talcott Instructor John Pellino to learn some great science experiments, amazing tricks, and how to tell the difference between them. They’ll be a better student, scientist, citizen, and yes, magician!
Class runs from 9:30am – 1:30pm, Fridays, April 5 – May 17. (No class on Apr. 12.)
