SUMMARY:Skygazing on Talcott Mountain
DESCRIPTION:This program is for adults and families with children ages 4+ (children must be accompanied by adult). \nJoin us for an unforgettable evening of stargazing at Talcott Mountain Science Center’s mountaintop campus! Begin the evening in our planetarium with a guided tour of the constellations\, followed by a short walk to our observatories for outdoor viewing! Our powerful telescopes will set their sights on Jupiter (at opposition)\, Saturn\, Uranus\, Mars rising toward the end\, Orion and more! \nDress warmly in layers; we’ll be outdoors for much of the evening. This is a perfect opportunity to experience the wonders of the night sky in a beautiful setting high above the Farmington Valley! \n$25/Adults (Ages 14+)\n$15/Children (Under 14) \nPURCHASE TICKETS ONLINE\nIn the event of cancellation due to inclement weather\, we will contact the primary registrant via email and/or phone.
